Flora
 The agricultural territory is characterized by the singularity of the pergola and the terracing cultivated with lemons. The vegetation changes in function of the exposure and the altitude, in fact, the whole area is populated by beeches, chestnut groves and pinewood of a particular type of fern, the Woorwardia Radicans. Moreover, in the Valle delle Ferriere, in the town of Scala, there's a reserve for 455 hectares with a height of 750 m.
